OOC: I can, but when I go back and refresh it doesn't say there's a new post here unless you click on this thread.

OOC: Weird

Georgie: "Hm?"

Gabrielle: She started to cry. "Please don't leave me."

Corbin: "Nothing. I don't know what to do."

Jackson: "I wont. But you can't depend on me alm the time too."

Georgie: "I want to have a baby," she said quietly. "I-I know we have four kids already, but none of them are actually ours, and three of them are almost all grown up already. Phyllis is going off to college very soon, and I feel like I could handle it if we had another little one. I-It's okay if you don't wanna, I completely understand."

Gabrielle: "O-Okay. I won't." She hugged him tightly. "I love you so much." She leaned up and kissed him. "I don't understand why you leave me so much though."

Thought it was fitting, we've only got nine days left on this thread.
And Linus was in my dream last night. No idea why, and then there was something about Harry.

OOC: wow. Nine days. This is really quite depressing.

OOC: it's going to be so weird after nine months of this

OOC: I honestly don't want to stop. I've become so attached to these characters. I doubt I could ever make another Georgie-level-character ever again.

OOC: I know what you mean. I don't think we'll have a RP quite like this one again, which I guess is a good and bad thing. It was a bit serious and stressful at times, but it's been so much fun. And oh, oh oh. I'm going to miss posting for Mel, especially since she's finally happy again.

OOC: I know we agreed to stop it, but I really want to continue. Or make another rp, so there can be the new Hp one too, where it's just our characters when they're all out of hogwarts and older. I think that would be nice.

OOC: I still think I'd be better to stop while we're strong, though I always thought it would be fun if we went back in time with all the professors-I think this came up a few threads back-but we'll see. I believe Wings is running the next HPRP.

OOC: Yeah, she is. I believe that it will be set during Harry's time, I have considered trying to put Georgie as a child in it, lol.

OOC: I hate to tell you this, but most likely. I've enjoyed many characters, but none have been quite like my first ever, my Max, although Hope is probably a close second.

OOC: With the exceptions of Silv's and the MMs if you count those, each RP has a distinct flavor and feel to it thanks to the story, the cast and the users involved. They may share similar themes, but they are all different.

OOC: In our first ever HPRP, we talked about doing a thread about their children and other options, but it never came to be and honestly I'm kind of glad, I feel like that would skew my thoughts and ideas about the original character.

What I have done and something I like to do when threads end is write epilogues about my characters, a sort of what-happens-after thing. I never write their deaths because I don't like to think about it, I sort of leave them where their adult lives are established fully and ordinary. I wrote epilogues for everyone but Evan, with characters that are tied to other people's characters I usually like to talk to them and come up with either a joint or correlating epilogue. I will post them if you like, though I usually wait to the very end.

OOC: I am.

OOC: Yeah, she is. I believe that it will be set during Harry's time, I have considered trying to put Georgie as a child in it, lol.

OOC: It will, those are always the best ones in my opinion, one because of relevance and two if you're ever stuck not knowing what to do there's always the book to use as a reference guide.

I like Evan, Christine, Darius and Kelsey well enough, but I could never use them in another HP thread, even if/especially if it was in their actual Hogwarts years

I have not decided what year yet. I'm considering five different groups of characters, which have five different years:

The A Team: The Prisoner of Azkaban
The M Team: The Goblet of Fire
The H Team: The Order of the Phoenix
The G Team: The Chamber of Secrets
The Q Teams: The Half Blood Prince

I am leaning towards A, M or H because one, there are two different versions of the Q team, two, Chamber of Secrets means a very young cast, and three, the G Team is so named because it's all girls, and since we always have very few male characters and I am usually one of the few relied on/expected to have male main characters, that can not be

OOC: That's quite understandable. I mean, I think it'd be fun, but I could see us getting really stuck. Besides, I sort of have Melanie's whole-life story written out up to now.
I should probably start deciding upon future characters, as I take forever to make decisions. I'd be fine with doing any year.

OOC: Yeah.

If you care for my personal advice, start with a name, a house, or to a lesser extent a face. You have no idea how many times a character has sprung from a name or a house.

LOL, that doesn't really help. Although I lean even further towards A and M, since we always seem to do OotP

OOC: That is very helpful, thanks.

With M we would be able to possibly do a lot due to the many TWT events and Moody and such. POA is dramatic for everyone, but especially for Harry because he is really the only one who is thought to be sought after. The climax really only involves him, although that's the case in GOF as well, but again there's distinct, unique differences between both of them.

OOC: You're welcome. I often like my character's first name to mean something that is relevant to them, by either personality, appearance, or family, but sometimes I base more on the feeling I get from a name rather than its actual meaning. Their last name just has to sound cool and not be one I hate.

M has 3 characters, 1 female and 2 male, no adults included. A has five characters, 1 female 4 male, two of them adults. I may add girls to balance out, I may not, but the 3 and 5 are the ones I already have basically created and written for.
