Hogwarts Express in Early Entry

We will be at Universal 13th and 14th August and both parks are showing as early entry at 8.00 am. Will the Hogwarts Express be running during Early Entry or will I have to wait till 9.00 to ride?

On our last visit, it seemed to start working about 15 minutes before the other park opened, with the line queuing up a little earlier than that. It's a nice way to get a head-start on the other Harry Potter area before everyone else gets there.

Its not open for early entry and usually starts running a little before official park opening

If both parks are open for early entry then it might be. If only one is open then it is not.

To follow up on the question: What's the quickest way to get from early entry HP area to the other park's HP area? Is it the train? First trip coming up in late September and both our littlest kids are big HP fans. Thanks in advance.

Yes, that is definitely the easiest way.

Get in line for the train a little bit before the first park's extra hour ends... That way you'll beat the hordes from the front gates getting to the other park's HP land.

if its not open for ee, and it seems like it isn't, and the parks typically open for all guests about 15 minutes before scheduled opening, I don't think taking the Hogwarts express, is a good way to beat the other guests to the other parks hp land.

Thanks everyone We have 2 mornings so will probably start each day in a different park. It would have been nice to go between for the full Harry Potter effect, but we'll work it in at another time. Just hoping for Hulk to be open
