hoa late can I show up for a 5pm ADR without it being cancelled?

Just wondering how late I can show up for a 5 pm ADR without it being cancelled by the restaurant?

I think 15 minutes is the official grace period. That's what we were told when we arrived at Boma 18 minutes after our PS time.

I agree about the 15 minutes......that sounds about right.

We were told the same thing @ Chefs de France last week after being delayed by monorail trouble. 15 minutes. They were aware of the monorail problem and told us they would work us in to the rotation but it may take a bit b/c we were now behind people with later ADR times. It was quite crowded and were turning away walk ups so I got the impression it may have been different had we just been late b/c we wanted to squeeze in one more ride, kwim?

during the holiday season..don't plan on being late and getting in.

we were there in slow season and got mean looks for 15 minutes beware of being late

We were 15 minutes late for a few of our meals this past trip. I apologized as soon as I got to the podium. No one gave us mean looks or gave us a hard time, in fact they were quite nice about it.

I would not recommend doing this....

We were 1 hour late for our ADRs the week of Thanksgiving. Due to a medical problem. We had to wait a bit but we did get in.
