I will be traveling with 2 toddlers {3 & 2} would you say stay in a room in BLDG 4 close to the pool area or if you had the choice to stay in BLDG 1 with a Disney view would you do that instead? We will be there for 8 days at the end of August....the other 2 kids are 8 & 16 so it really doesn't matter to them...

Does building 4 have rooms with the fridge/micro? Are they double or queen beds?

Those are the things that matter the most to us, so we usually stay in building 1 or 2 with pool view or park view. We don't stay there for the view though......

they are doubles in bldg 4, so I don;t think that will work for us so I think I will stay in bldg 1..debatable whether I will be traveling with all 4 or not :)

Builing one is also closer to the pirate water play area, from what I understand.

That would be a no brainer for me. The premium room in bldg. 1 would win because of the upgraded queen beds (vs. the non-upgraded doubles), microwave, second sink/vanity outside the bathroom, and then the park view just puts it over the top.

so I think I am going to call shortly and reserve our room!!!! one step closer!!!!

I'd go with Bldg 1 too. Bldg 4 is nice but the beds are doubles not queens. As for proximity to the pirate area, I think they are pretty close but Bldg 1 may be slightly closer.

I would do bdg 1 b/c it has an elevator. My kids love stairs, but I don't...esp when coming home and them falling asleep...and me having to carry them UP the stairs.

I've stayed in both bdgs and enjoyed my stays. We prefer the comfort of 1, but the price of 4.

Good point USS but just a quick note. Bldg 4 only has 1 set of stairs so it's not that bad unless you're checking in and have to lug your bags up the stairs. :)

True, pixie...I just have visions of her pushing 2 little ones back to hojos, them falling asleep, and then her having to carry them up to their room. Do you leave 1 in the stroller downstairs? Do you try to carry both at the same time up the the stairs? What about the stroller and paraphenalia? I'm a planner, can you tell?

yeah...I am not having ANY VISIONS of arrying sleeping children upstairs!!!! so an elevator would be PERFECT!!!! last year we almost had to arry the 8 y/o up the stairs he was so tired!!!!:rotfl2:

Bldg. 1 premium room for sure! It has an elevator, a great view and the comfiest beds! We had kids about that age when we went last summer and it worked out great...we had a room right by the elevator and a fridge and microwave in our room. The even brought up a crib for free (though your 2 y/o prob wont need it) it was nice for us!

Very true...I always forget the stroller part since mine are older now and don't need strollers. :) They walk back and up the stairs on their own steam. LOL
