HM Stretching Room Question

Help me out here guys!

Do you go down in an elevator in the stretching room in Disneyland and the ceiling go up in the stretching room in Disney World? Or do I have it backwards? Or do they both do the same thing?

Yes, DL stretching room goes down, because you need to pass under the train tracks to get to the ride.

DW didn't have this problem, so the ceiling goes up in the stretching room there.
