This is what I've found on Intercot, in a thread started yesterday:
I would not assume that - the bounceback offer and pin code offers for free dining here included the basic (TS) dining plan and was offered for all resort categories.

The UK offer is always different to the US offer and that does not apply to the general public offer that will be coming out in April. This is what I've found on Intercot, in a thread started yesterday:

Can someone explain to me exactly what the Free Dining plan is? I have booked 5 nights at All Star Sports from 8/31 to 9/5 and got a military discount. Would I even be eligible?![]()

Since 2005, Disney has been offering the Free Dining promo for Magic Your way packages with a 3 night minimum and a 14 day maximum (Basic Dining Plan; 1 TS, 1 CS, 1 Snack per person per night) during the last part of August until the end of September, give or take a few days. The free dining offer is usually announced during the first week of April. The first couple of days it will only be open to Disney Visa holders and then will open up to the general public. The booking dates for 2008 for the general public were August 24 through September 20 and you had to book by June 22 to receive the FD offer. The speculated (is that a word?) dates for this year are August 16 - September 30 and that the general public code will come out on March 30.Can someone explain to me exactly what the Free Dining plan is? any idea if/when Disney Visa holders will be able to book free dining? I know last year it was a few days earlier than the public; I saw it here and on Mousesavers, but never received any emails from Disney Visa so I know I can't rely on them to let me know. I haven't seen anything on this board about an earlier FD release date for Disney Visa holders
