Hitchcock closing in Jan. (supposedly)

Chatting with a very nice employee at the Hitchcock show this week-end, she became misty-eyed when I asked about the shows' conversion into Shrek. Sad but true, and she also admitted it is indeed a good move to keep the young whippersnappers happy!
Said that Jan. 11 will (should) be Alfred's final hurrah. Mark your calendar.
Everyone in my family gets Bates Motel souvenirs for Christmas this year!

Seems a little late to close... isn't the Shrek attraction supposed to open in Spring 2003?

Being a BIG Hitchcock fan this is a sad moment, but my son and I are really looking forward to the Shrek attraction. It really sounds phenomenal!
