Historical specials for May/June or October/November

Just came back 2 days ago from our trip and we are looking to go again in May/June or October/November of 2007. We always went in December/January and I'm wondering what are some of the packagages / specials seen that time of the year. I know that Disney does not repeat a special but I'm just looking for a pattern here.
