Historical Purchase Price of DVC Points

Sorry, I know I've seen the link to a list of the price per point Disney has charged per point from OKW to SSR, but I cannot find it now. My DH is in the early stages of DVC addiction and I need to keep feeding him positive information. Does anyone have this info handy?
