Historical history of discounts?

I know I use to see a site where I could see what a discount was, AP, Florida, etc and then see when it applied and when it released.

Does anyone know what site I have now forgotten? Getting old sucks! The brain goes first.

I looked at the historical discount dates from Mousesavers and was wondering if anyone remembers what the Disney Visa Package Special was all about. Mousesavers said it was released on 8/14/2006 for dates 10/1/06 - 12/23/06. Hoping someone that took advantage of this will remember!
