Historical HHN dates in November?

Hi,

We have won flights in a competition in the UK,for Orlando for 2006 BUT we are not allowed to use them for October 2006 as October is a very popular time in the UK to vacation in Orlando (as there is a school break then too).So we can't come our favourite time (as we love to do HHN)

They have said I can book for November and I wondered, if they would allow me to book for the very beginning of November, as I remember the last couple of years at least, there have been HHN on November 1st and 2nd I think

Does this depend on when Halloween falls or is there always going to be some HHN dates in November,any ideas please?

I think it has a lot to do with what day of the week that the 31st falls on. In 2006 it will be a Tuesday. Will they continue until the next weekend? I'm not sure but they did when it was a Thursday and Friday. You can probably get a better idea after they announce the dates for this year since it will be a Monday. If they go to the next weekend after a Monday then its a pretty sure thing.

Look at the IOA hours for October, and each night they close at 5pm is an HHN night. They are not going to be open the weekend after this year.

That's how they've done it in the past. Friday, Sat, and Sunday are nights for HHN and then a few Thursdays. And then whatever day Halloween falls on that year, which is a Monday this year.

According to the HHN dates for 2005,I'm going to be out of luck next year

I'm guessing the November dates of the last couple of years is because they fell over the weeknd so HHN was extended into Novmeber to capture the weekend dates too

I'll keep reminding myself,you have free flights,you have free flights BUT I don't want to miss HHN,oh well

That's why I'm so gutted (British working class saying meaning VERY disappointed ) to miss HHN night because of our very very favourite tour guide

If you could ask about dates that would be great

Phantom,that's a good idea too I'm 'allowed' to book my flights in November this year and that could be a possibilty as September is a quieter time for British market.

Did some asking around and no dates are set for 2006 yet. As it stands, if Halloween falls close to a weekend,it tends to run past October. There's no way to know yet, but I will keep an eye on it. How late does it have to be for you to book?
