historical annual condo meeting dates?

just trying to get an idea of what dates the condo meetings might be next year.

does anyone have the dates of the meetings the past couple of years?

is there a particular day of the week that they tend to fall on?

Tues. 12/2 -- VWL and BCV
Fri. 12/5 -- Vero
Mon. 12/8 -- HHI
Wed. 12/10 -- OKW and BWV

2002
Tue. 12/3 -- VWL and BCV
Thurs. 12/5 -- OKW and BWV
Mon. 12/9 -- HHI

I was unable to attend the OKW meeting this year as it was a week later than it had been the past two years. Thanks to those DIS DVCers who attended an let me know what's up at OKW.

A few years ago at the OKW annual meeting, a member from NJ asked about the date for the meeting. He was concerned about making travel plans like airline reservations. At THAT time the DVC Treasurer got up & said the OKW annual meeting is usually the Thursday after Thanksgiving.

I had reservations for the first week of December 2003. Then I learned the meeting would be a week later. Fortunately we were able to reschedule our vacation time & our reservation at OKW. I realize that not everyone is able to make changes.

At this year's OKW annual meeting, a man got up after the budget Q&A & before the General Info Session to complain loudly about the change in meeting dates. He was insistent on stting the meeting date NOW rather than half way through the year (his phrase not mine). I know for a fact that I changed my reservations around April 2003, not half way through the year. Personally I think he was rude. He got up when it was not the appropriate time, he was loud & his tone was not friendly whatsoever. I suspect there are many factors in setting a meeting date - availability of DVC CMs, location availability, etc.

So we will see when the 2004 meeting is .
