I'm also planning to do it myself. I wear make-up everyday (Mac fix+ and my lipfinity)
For the day itself I will have all the time to get ready since the wedding is at 14.00 hours.
And for me it's a destination wedding, so here in Europe I will practice a lot and if it don't work out, I'll probably feel like a princess anyway
The one thing I am worried about though is that my make up will transfer on my weddingdress through my hands or fingers or something like that.
So I will try to find a good make up sealer for the day.

I say have someone do your makeup! I don't normally wear alot of makeup, so I just told Kathleen that I wanted to look natural, and she did an amazing job! I used Kathleen with Carolyn Allens (she used to work for Ana, and uses Mac makeup) I believe she charged $40 dollars, and came to my room. Ana did my hair and makeup for my MK shoot and I LOVED how she did my makeup! HTH!
