We stayed there for the first time last week, had a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit for 7 people. We are timeshare owners and this was our first time there.
The 3 bedroom units are not poolside, just so you know. If you are in something smaller and want to be near the pool ask for a lower floor, 1st building. Makes it easier for the kids to get back and forth. The kitchen has about anything you might need; dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, not enough coffee for us but there is a Publix right across the street. We had housekeeping service the third day we were there. I took some cleaning supplies with me anyway, I always do. My husband and I hated the soft pillows, however our kids and brother-in-law's family liked them. The clocks in the bedrooms have an mp3 hook up, there is a dvd player in the living room and the studio lock-out that adjoined ours. The kid's bedroom did not have a dvd player, just a t.v. Closet space is more than ample, so is drawer space. Our master bathroom was huge, although if the door is open you can see right out the bedroom to the front door. There is not much shelf space in the master shower, although it's a good sized walk-in shower. I used the big whirlpool tub in the master bedroom twice. Take bubble bath with you! At the deli, check the menus tucked by the side of the cash register, they have a kids menu that we didn't know about unitil the last day. There is a quiet room for reading, an exercise room, an arcade and a billiard room. My sister-in-law had a poolside massage one day. You have to sign up for one in the activity room. There were several activities going on for kids; pool side root beer floats, pool side sundaes, and karoke competitons. Two nights they had pool side movies (Willie Wonka and Herbie Fully Loaded). We had no problem at the front desk having them print off our boarding passes 24 hours before our return flight. We had rental cars and our group split and one did 3 days at the parks, the other group 2 days at the parks and one day at Disneyquest (we spent 11 hours there and had a blast!) and the rest were pool/relaxing days. Downtown Disney is very close, just a few minutes away. It didn't take us long to get to any of the parks. We had great meals at Bahama Breeze and Fish Bones. If you have any other questions feel free to send me a private message and I'll answer the best I can.
