Does anyone know if any of the Disney resorts give hilton pts. for stays at their hotels? Thanks!

Only one resort near WDW - the Hilton in downtown Disney will reward Hilton points. While it is off-property, it is the only hotel near WDW that offers Extra Magic Hours to guests. You won't have the other amenities of staying on-property though (charging purchases to the room, etc).

Since that location is located right across the street from Downtown Disney Marketplace, they are not located offsite. So they are located onsite in WDW, they are just not owned by WDW.

Don't forget that the DoubleTree and Hampton Inn's are part of the Hilton Rewards family too.

Technically, yes, the Hilton is physically located on Disney property and is within walking distance of DTD. However, the Hilton does not have use of the Disney buses and is not considered to be a Disney resort, although the Hilton does have bus transportation to the parks.

Don't forget that the Hilton and the other Hotels around there on Hotel Plaza Blvd, their buses to the Magic Kingdom let guests off at the TTC and for Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom their buses drop guests off away from the Disney Transport Bus sections.

The only way to get HHonors points at a WDW resort is to use a credit card that earns HHonors points to pay for your room. I have the HHonors Amex, and I earn three points for every dollar spent. Considering what a Disney vacation costs, that's a lot of points earned that I can use for my non-Disney  trips.

Not sure why you are picking apart everything I say? Instead, you could have provided all this information yourself in your first post.

And good tip, Fla4fun!
