Hilton Head - VCRs or DVD players?

Hi all.

Heading to Hilton Head this weekend. Do the rooms have DVD or VCR players?

There are no DVD players at HH yet. All villas (even studios) have a VCR for the main TV in the villa.

We can't wait to get there. This will be our first trip to Hilton Head.

We really prefer VCRs. We record some shows and movies we don't get a chance to see and watch them during vacation.

I take one of those little DVD players with the screen on it. They are pretty cheap now if you don't mind not getting a big brand name. You can hook it up to the TV in the living room through the back. I don't think they have the VCR w/ the RCA hook ups. Last time I was there in April, I saw a truck come in with many boxes of VCR's. Maybe these new one will have the front jacks.
THe TV in the bedrooms were bolted so I could not hook it up there.
