Hilton Head Occupancy rate in October

I seem to recall in the past that resort occupancy rates were posted on this forum. Where can I find out the likelihood of there being availability at Hilton Head in October of 2017?

I don't know where the information would be, but from our experience at HHI off-season, October shouldn't be busy, I'd be shocked if there were any problems at 7 months. Just so you know, the CMs there have told me that October is the BEST month to go, in terms of weather still being warm enough to swim but low/no crowds.
