And if Vistana...Intl Drive or Buena Vista. 8 days in October, Me, DH and 5yo son - first trip to Orlando with son - doing Disney, Seaworld and Universal. Getting a 1br at either place... very similar, about the same price - can't decide.... Thanks in advance....

I think the Hilton is generally better regarded, and if you are doing all of the Orlando majors, its central location is a plus. We've got an exchange booked for HGVC-SW for next June for a week of "not Disney": Universal, Sea World, and their associated water parks.

We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacation @ Seaworld in June and LOVED IT. It is right across the street from Seaworld so you can walk over there and not that far from Universal. They do have shuttles if you want to. If you do stay there request a room near the pool since the property is very large. We had a room at the last building and so it was a pretty good walk, but they have extremly nice people who will Cart you around.

Also, if you stay at the Hilton you are at a Seaworld Partner hotel so you get Quick Que and Early Entry which can be nice.

The room we had was very nice, we got a 1BR Suite and so had a kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, nice screen in porch, big whirlpool tub (could fit 4 ppl) and bathroom.
Even my Dad was impressed with the place :)

The pool had activities going on all day for the kids and adults so that was a very nice downtime in the afternoon when we were not at the Park.
