Hilton Grand Vacation Club - Int'l Dr (Tuscany)

We have been members with the HGVC - Seaworld for 6 years and during our last holiday in August we traded-in for the new HGVC - International Drive. They were still building the first 2 blocks out of 7 in August 2003. Do you know what progress has been made since ? Not sure if it is too early to vacation there this year !

We have flights booked for this August but not sure which HGVC to stay at.

Has anyone been to the new site recently ?

How far on have they got ?

Would it be too noisy, dusty to stay there this year ?

I could speak to Hilton but I would rather hear it from you first, as you'll give me a more realistic answer.

I read here recently that they weren't taking bookings until April/May, is this still the case ?

Any other info about the International Drive Site would be greatly appreciated.

I'm hoping that someone will post too. I have been looking for info about this resort, it looks wonderful on the website! We are HHonors members and I am always looking for a new Hilton. Do you know how far it is from MGM Studios or EPCOT?

HGVC - Tuscany Village

Epcot and MGM are approximately 10 minutes away by car - about 1 mile off the Buena Vista exit (crossroads) of the I4.
