Hillary Clinton --- Is this true?

Actually, I didn't deny it--I refuted it (in this part: And I can admit that many people can read those sources, and surmise that Carter acted to undermine Clinton. However, I cannot agree that he acted as such in order to willfully undermine him, nor can I agree that it leads to the natural conclusion that Clinton hates him) because you appear to be asserting that Carter acted as such in order to willfully undermine Clinton. I would conclude that he acted as such because he believed it to be a matter of the greater good--without any necessary thought to how Clinton might feel about it. The "Clinton hating Carter" issue has been intertwined with the undermining issue, since that is largely the basis of your arguement that Clinton hates Carter.....therefore, I couldn't address the one without bringing up the other.

I, too, concede that I can't force you to admit you're wrong; but then, neither was I attempting to force you; I was attempting to show you that opinions aren't facts. And I don't think I was wrong to try that, as unsuccessful an attempt it may have been. :)

Do any of you know what I'm talking about? Whenever anyone with differing views speaks up, you guys slam the sites that report the news, dismiss evidence, dismiss anything that goes against your firmly held beliefs (yes, I know you'd say the same thing for me--but you'd be wrong). You dismiss source material. You dismiss 250 veterans with signed affidavits and accuse them of being liars. You dismiss the people themselves--not just their arguments. You dismiss it all and keep following the party line.

Kendra,

You've got it! You now understand how they work.

I'm still laughing about the Niger/Iraq yellow cake story. There was an individual here who challenged the people of this site to prove a connection. I found an article from the Financial Times that indicated there was a connection. The individual that made the challenge laughed at the source and requested more. I sent 3 more news source links, which stated the same thing. He again laughed at the information, because all the articles referenced the Financial Times (I don't believe this individual knew how the news industry worked).

What's really funny about this story is that the Financial Times broke the story one month before the British released their intelligence information, concerning the war in Iraq. Do you know what the British report said? THERE WAS A CONNECTION BETWEEN IRAQ/NIGER, CONCERNING THE YELLOW CAKE.

I don't believe (I may be wrong) the individual ever admitted he was wrong.

How silly of us. Of course we should take the word of someone who thinks it is not creative editing to only post the paragraph that supports her contention and leaves out and dissenting part.

Oooooooh, please! I've seen many democrats on this board do the same thing. She provided the link for the entire story.

I think what everyone is forgetting is that Gunnar Berge, who is the Chairman of the Nobel Committee, did say those things. What other choice did Inger-Marie Ytterhorn have? Of course she's going to say, "There is nothing about that in the citation...and that text expresses the committee's view." If not, I'm sure the world would question the integrity of the Nobel committee members.

What's really sad is that this prize is a great honor for anyone to win. I'm shocked that the Nobel Committee Chairman would even make a statement like that.

Sorry, your sources are nothing more than biased, politically motivated

The same could be said of sites that are used by democrats to support their beliefs. Agree?

I don't care what you say but I'd like to read the source material anyway so I can call it BS with full authority.

Laughing my ****ing *** off!

That was incredibly rude and uncalled for.

I don't know? I was laughing my *** off and nearly sprayed coke all over my computer screen!

I have to say I'm very impressed.

You have the patience of a saint!:D

I don't know? I was laughing my *** off and nearly sprayed coke all over my computer screen!

All that says is that you find incredibly rude and uncalled for comments humorous.

The same could be said of sites that are used by democrats to support their beliefs.

No, that can be said of "some" Democrats just as it can be said of "some" Republicans. Either side that uses such sites shouldn't expect the information they post from them to be taken seriously.

At least the "right" side of these so-called debates look for information, and READ it and look at it with a DISCERNING eye. And, we actually learn new information. . .

How true! There was an individual that use to post about the Sinn Fein/IRA group & how evil they were. I wanted to learn more about them and found out that these groups were not lilly-pure. However, what the OP failed to say was that the British loyalist were just as bad.

I knew what the sites were going to be and it didn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out. Besides, I give what I get.

Are you related to Miss Cleo?

Okay. Let me try and be clear.

I stated that Carter was hated by Clinton. I have read this numerous times. . .i know this to be true because it has become part of my frame of reference the same way the sky is blue.

Oh my. I wish I could "believe" everything that I read and make it part of my "frame of reference." :rotfl:

Wonder what would happen if she ever picked up the National Enquirer??? Oh, wait... :p

You seem to forget that there are times that you're rude also and you seem to find humor in it. Remember that verse? Try reading it!

Sorry, I don't buy it. Whatever site either side posts, the other side doesn't like it. There are a few democrats that will post links, but most don't. They just like to condemn the sites before they read them. Ooops, I'm sorry ---- I forgot that you were related to Miss Cleo. How's she doing in the "big house?" Giver her my love!

I'll be back tomorrow. It's time for me to watch the news about the Hurrican. Night all!

I'm thinking you have an obsession with this Miss Cleo lady. You seem to mention her over, and over, and over, and over...

It's kindda hard when it's a vacuum!

Only you would know.

I have to admire you for finally trying honesty, but aren't you being a bit harsh on yourself?

Vacuum:def: Empty space with no air.

Come on, I'm trying to get away and see if the hurricane will hit us next.

Again, such an original concept. I stated "It's kindda hard when it's a vacuum!" Now you are trying to use my reference as yours????

I know what a vacuum is, that's why I used it. You said, "As I said, it didn't take a brain surgeon ..... it did take a brain." That's when I made to reference to the vacuum. It's hard to have a brain when the cavity is a vacuum. Why not come up with an original idea. It's more fun when you have original thoughts instead of jumping on someone else's bandwagon.

Maybe you can channel Miss Cleo to help you.;) Or, you can contact Senator John Edwards or the psychic John Edwards -- they both can channel people.
