We arrived back on Fri morning after an amazing 2 weeks
Highs
OKW, beautiful resort and loved the space of the 1 bed villa, we were in Turtle pond road and it was the perfect location for us, only 1 slight negative - see lows
The weather, we only had rain for one afternoon/evening and we managed to dodge it all. It started just after we left typhoon lagoon and had stopped by the time we got back to our resort. Then as we were waiting for the bus to MK it was torrential but was gone when we got off at MK
DD loving the characters this time, she is 10 and it was her 5th visit but teh first time she liked the characters. Also she rode every ride so it meant all 5 of us could ride together
Ds 17 and 13, still enjoyed meeting all the characters and enjoyed great interaction with them Ds 17 was challenged to a thumb war by Merida, and both boys got proposed to by the ugly sisters lol
DD went on stage at Raglan Road to take part in Irish dancing, she is usually so shy so I was amazed she went up when she was asked.
Trex, loved eating here, was the best meal of our holiday
loads more but I just can't think of them
Lows
Housekeeping at OKW - very hit and miss, twice we cam back and our room was only half done, bed sheets etc on the floor, bins emptied but no towels left. We never got any washing powder/dishwasher liquid left for us, we had to phone each time we needed some. Not anything major but still slightly annoying
Ds 17 could be very hard work to get mobile in the mornings lol
Felt like we never spent enough time in World Showcase at Epcot, never got round all the countries, been before and love them so a bit sad about that.
Planet Hollywood, possibly our worst meal, got my order wrong, tried to tell me I ordered a beef burger when I knew it was chicken burger I ordered! Waited 40 mins for dessert to arrive.
Chef Mickeys, very rushed and very expensive in my opinion, we did have ddp but being 5 disney adults even the tip was dear!
7 Dwarfs mine train - really looked forward to this but it was nothing special and over far to fast, great idea but jsut too short
DTD so congested with all the works going on, really put you off going in the evenings

Flights with Thomas Cook, on way out our plane was the 3 -3-3, IFE was awful but we thought legroom was great. Flight home we were on 2-4-2, IFE was brilliant but we felt slightly more cramped. Short flight time coming home though - 7 1/2 hours
Fastpass + Loved that we were guaranteed to ride the 3 we had pre booked but didn't like the fact that sometimes the queues for fastpass were longer than the regular queue! Also the queueing to get your 4th was a bit much and then there was often little choice left.
Memory maker - Loved that the ride photos went on automatically but we found that we had quite a few character photos missing. We spent a lot of time with the photopass people at DTD trying to sort it. Also some photos never appeared on my MDE but was showing up on their computers
