Just on the train from London to home now so thought I would write out a few highs and lows.

I'll start with lows because there aren't many:
- Hakuna Matata and Toad Hall being closed. We really wanted to eat here but they were closed the whole time.
- (This one's only a tiny niggle) the hairdryer in our room could have been better. But that is really my fault because I have long hair and didn't take my own!
-Encountered some fairly rude people but this happens everywhere

Highs
-Sequoia Lodge; love this hotel. Of course we would have much preferred DLH! Went there to look around and it is gorgeous
-Breakfast. Fresh, tasty, not too busy (at 7.30), wide choice
-Weather. We packed for winter (gloves, hats, scarves) and only needed t shirts yesterday. Jumper and light jacket at most today and at night.
-Staying in London the night before we left. More in TR.
-Doing things for the first time or the first time in a long time. Again more in TR.
-Plaza Gardens was lovely, reasonably priced
-Earl of Sandwich, of course!

Think that's all, trip report to follow asap :)
