important to distinguish between highlands reserve @ regal palms, which is basically a villa that has access to regal palms facilities, and regal palms @ highlands reserve which are townhouses-which also have access to these communal facilities. Sandmine Road is between highlands reserve and regal palms, so the facilities are on-site if you are in a townhouse, but could be a fair walk if you are in a villa. NB the communal facilities ARE quite nice,
including a really nice lazy river. If you'd like any other info just ask! oz

Hi, if you check out regalpalmsorlando it has all the info you need - including a photo gallery. The place IS still being developed (being built in phases) but hard to imagine you'll be affected in any way as each phase is being completed before releasing for occupancy. You'll see a few lorries going to and fro but that's about it.

How far was it from your villa in Glen Eagles to the facilities (pool etc) in Regal Palms? We were in Troon Circle in 2002 but Regal Palms was not even being built then so it's a bit difficult to picture it.

Is it walkable or would you have to pile into the car to get there?

Apart from the pool - did you use any of the other facilities and were they any good?
