Highland Reserve Villa

Hi all,

Just been allocated an executive villa in the Highland Reserve area of US27 by TCD. Has anyone stayed in this area? What is it like and is it far from all the attractions.

we stayed practically opposite this last year at hampton lakes..
it is a beautiful area about 20 mins to disney but the drive is easy..i loved it here and you will too.

We stayed at Hampton Lakes which is across the road and while we were there we looked around Highlands Reserve as we were considering buying a villa. This year we're staying at Westridge which is just next door to it Highlands Reserve so we like the area.

From what I could see Highlands Reserve was a lovely estate but quite a big one and some of the houses were some distance from the I27. The entrance itself is about 15mins to Disney taking the back route through Sherberth Road.

An executive villa will be lovely and you're close enough to pop back from Disney for an afternoon break if you want to.

It's about 30mins drive along the I4 to Universal (so long as you dont get held up in traffic) and about 30mins to Seaworld.

Not a great selection of restaurants nearby so you'll need to do a bit of driving if you like eating out.

I stayed in Troon Circle in Highlands reserve in March 03. Villa was very comfortable and most of the properties were built recently. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a good supermarket (Publix). Have fun!!

We stayed in Troon Circle last month, lovely house. Small pool, close to the golf course club house, very annoying pool alarm - thought the feds were going to come and get us at first.
Dont use Sherbeth road, come off the 192 at Black lake road 1 set of lights before Sherbeth and you could save about a few more minutes if the traffic is heavy!
