I'm doing high tea with my MIL and SIL's. My SIL thought it would be a great idea to wear Cocktail hats. Are these allowed?

My daughter and I were thinking about doing something similar for our tea at the Fairmont Empress during the repo cruise!!

I think it'd be fun.

I'm a big fan of wearing hats/fascinators to tea! Haven't done it on a cruise ship but have done it several times on land. It's been a blast.
