High school marching band in Epcot?

Hi all,

My nephew's high school marching band is scheduled to perform at WDW in November (the week before Thanksgiving). Originally, their schedule had them marching in Magic Kingdom (where I have always seen other high school bands perform). But now, they have a new schedule and it indicates they are "marching through the streets of Epcot". Does this sound right???
I thought the change may be occurring due to their original performance day is now on a Xmas party day.
