You know, I never even though about this until right now. Are high chairs available at all the restaurants on property? I'm mostly interested in places like Garden Grill, Coral Reef, Sci-Fi, Rose and Crown & 50's Prime Time. Those are places I have ADRs for and having my one year old on my lap the entire time isn't my idea of a meal time well spent! Thanks ahead of time!!

We did 8 nights onsite (with the dining plan, so plenty of ADRs) with 2 toddlers, and never had a problem getting high chairs or booster seats. I'm not sure if it made a difference, but I made sure to mention the high chairs when I made the ADR. Sometimes we had to remind the host/ess seating us, sometimes not.

In addition to the OPs question, does anyone know if there are ANY infant highchairs. We visit WDW often but this time with a 3 month old granddaughter. My daughter is not wanting to bring the carrier (car seat) with her to the parks all of the time. However, when dining in the restraurants are there infant options available, or will she/we have to hold the baby throughout the meal? I've never seen an infant highchair in WDW, but I was never really looking. (I have seen that Disney offered the infant stroller inserts.) I was going to email Disney and ask, but thought I would check here first. As for regular highchairs, they seem to have a never ending stock of them for anyone who needs them.

The only place I recall seeing an infant highchair in a restaurant was at Tony's in the magic kingdom. DD was 7 months on her first trip and had a diffucult time sitting in a regular highchair. Tony's was the only restaurant that offered us an infant seat.

Thanks for the info. At least now I know they do exist. I also sent an email to WDW, so will be watching for their response.

We were able to get an infant highchairs at WCC and Chef Mickey's. These worked out great for our 5 month old DS:cloud9: . I know that they were not an option at RFC, LeCellier or Kona:sad2: .

Hope info helps!

When I made me ADRs I was told to request a highchair at that time so it could be on the reservation.

Wish I could've helped you on this n2mm, but unfortunately, even when he was born, I never really had an infant. I don't think a 10lb 9oz newborn can be considered an infant ever really. He was strong as an ox then, and is even stronger now. I feel for his older brother.

Thanks and sorry to hijack your thread. Yes the new baby girl is no light weight either, coming in at 9lb 4 oz at birth, but she will barely be 3 months old, so no sitting up for her yet.

Thanks for the info Disney Ron too! At least I know there a chance that they are available some places.

We are at: WCC, LeCellier, Kona, Concourse, 50sPT, TrailsEnd, Coral Reef, Yacht club galley, to name a few. I did email Disney, so will wonder what their response will be.

At the Rose and Crown (outside seating), a group brought a couple of their strollers in for their infants to rest in during dinner. Not exactly great for the servers who had to dodge around them but that's where their infants were for the meal.
