HIFS vs HIFS Sun Spree

Looks like there are two locations for HIFS. Theer appears to be a Sun Spree one in the Lake Buena Vista area.

Is the HIFS Sun Spree one nice? I'm considering it for our trip. (2 adults, and a 5 year old)

They are not at all the same thing. The room layout is not the same. You can find lots of photos of both online.
I have never stayed at either but had lots of people warn me awway from Sunspree, as there are cheaper rooms of the same size and quality.

HIFS has only one location. You can find their website at www.hifamilysuites.com It's a fantastic resort.

Sunspree is a Holiday Inn resort that has received a lot of poor reviews on this board. The room layout and property amenities are completely different from HIFS.

If you book HIFS, be sure to ask about the Entertainment Card rate. www.entertainment.com

The Sunspree was the "test" property for the family suites concept. HIFS=beautiful, Sunspree= "old" Holiday Inn.

Thanks for the advice. Will steer clear of Sun Spree & check out the entertainment rate for the HIFS.
