Some of the resorts will give you a clue sheet of where to look in the resort. We started with that the first time we stayed on site.

In Norway on the Maelstrom ride look in the picture of all the people in the boat and you will see one. We have seen tons. DD, 14, is really good at finding these! There is even a book dedicated to it. I ordered it for DH for Christmas.
