Hidden Mickeys Book?

I am wondering if I should buy the hidden mickeys book or just hunt around on the internet for where to look for hidden mickeys at the parks.

Any pros or cons on this book?

I do recall seeing websites with LOTS of hidden Mickey info. I wouldn't buy it. If you are at the parks and feel you really want it because you internet info is not serving you well, they do sell them there. I remember seeing them at one of the souvenir shops in Tomorrowland.

My kids are 11 and 17 and have been asking for the hidden Mickey book. I was considering buying it, but I thought I had read somewhere on the Dis boards that you could get a list of hidden Mickeys at guest relations. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thank-You

i have the book and ive not let dd8 read it - we're taking it in the park for her while waiting in line.

I had an opportunity to get it when i bought my passporter and got it for 5.00 from amazon. I thought it would be worth it so i didnt have to carry stapled papers around and hope they didnt get wet/lost/torn.

I've seen lists online and they look pretty good. Theres more in the book than on any one online lists (unless you dowload all the lists and cross/reference them)

The book is wonderful and well worth the money that I spent on it!! I have gotten hours of reading out of it. What can be better than reading about Disney? LOL!! Anyway, they do have a list of the hidden mickeys, but it is small compared to the # that are in this book. Plus the book makes it fun by turning it into a scavanger hunt!! Or you can just use the clues to spot them!

I bought it from Amazon.com. Although they did have it at Books a Million. Amazon had it for $9.56. It was slightly more offline. The name of the book is "Hidden Mickey, A field guide to Walt Disney worlds best kept secrets."

It is a great book well worth the price of the book.
