What is the latest prize coupon for the Hidden Mickeys?

I thought it was for the gold designer set but the other day someone said it was for something else. I didn't see it listed in The Player Guide only the answer to the HM quest.

got the pin and some credits, but no PDF to print.
I wrote 2 letters to the black hole, but have not had any response..........
