Hi Sunshinegirl! help w/ SR surveys please!

I did one Saturday night through Greenfield for the Phoenix group. It took me over 30 minutes to complete. When I hit the "Submit" button the final page never loaded. It just kept trying to load for a couple of minutes and then I got the dreaded, "Website is not responding". I figured I had just wasted 30 minutes of my time because I'm sure the survey did not register correctly.

I did most of the hospital survey over the weekend - you stay on 73% complete for a looong time! Anyway, at some point I clicked on the "next button" and my screen got "stuck"...that was all she wrote!

Sometimes if my survey gets stuck I will push the back button or refresh the page and that always helps. It has never affected me being able to complete the survey or get the credit by doing that!

I have done that suvey a few times (different sites). I got credit each time it did that funky thing at the end in case that helps you any.

I've completed surveys for POLLINGPOINT several times and have never been taken to the infamous Congratulations! screen. It said it was complete and yada yada, but no screen and no credit.

There's also one about dog food that does the same thing.

Thanks M 'n C. I checked my SR account and I did not receive credit for that survey. When the page got "stuck", I even tried the back key but to no avail. All I got was the page that says "Web Page has expired". I just resigned myself to the fact that I had wasted more than 30 minutes for nothing. If another Phoenix Group survey comes up I think I'll just exit out and try for another. Those surveys are boring anyway. They are usually for Financial Planning companies and their advertising.
