I'm Susan, my screen name is in reference to Jayne Mansfield the 50's bombshell, one of my favorites. I'm 175 pounds right now, 5"2 healthy and in shape but with major back issues and I'm going to Disneyland in March and I don't want to be afraid of the camera or hurt too bad to enjoy the trip. I will tell you right now I have little hope, but I will give it my best effort. I have a job where my schedule is just all zoingy and different every week, I work nights and days so something like weight watchers is out. Heres my base plan-- I will limit computer to 2 hours a day. Believe me, that will be extremely difficult for me, I know it sounds like a lot, but I'm getting to be a big addict. I plan to spend at least 2 hours a day 3 times a week organizing different areas of the house. I plan to walk with my son 4 times a week at least, even if it's just 15 minutes. My goal is 160- I haven't seen that in years, but I think it's reasonable. I also plan to track what I eat every day and limit my eating after 7pm to a glass of wine. I hate the thought of doing this-- I like food and hate hate hate being hungry. I also am hugely against wasting food. I work in a meat dept at a grocery so I eat too much meat, but I am going to try to eat more fish, which we also sell a lot of. Well I'm going for now because I need to spend some time on my daughters old bedroom, thanks for being here-- this looks like a great and very active message board
