I was not able to weigh myself all week, quite tough when you are use to weighing yourself at least once a day.
I weighed myself as soon as we got back this afternoon and I am up 4 pounds. Now this is after eating breakfast, and generally I weigh myself first thing in the morning.
4 pounds for a week of cruising is not too bad.
I tried to keep on track but it was too hard. I stayed low carb for breakfast and lunch and the first few days stayed away from desserts at dinner, but I soon gave into temptation.
The ship had a small fitness center, but I did not use it. I did walk on the deck though. Our first day out was too windy and the water was too choppy, but that was the only day I did not walk. Each day I walked at least a mile and a half, some days 2 miles. The deck was marked 6 laps for a mile, so it was a nice walk. Of course while we were in Bermuda we went sight seeing and did a little bit of swimming.
Now that I am home and can get back to my lean cuisines, I expect to drop the 4 pounds rather quickly!

A lot of that 4 lbs is most likely water weight that will be gone before you know it.
