Hi everyone! I think I posted here before a loooong time ago! Tara if you sell TS you must know my sister(maybe)she is from Bethlehem Twsp. Marcy, I have 2 DS's in Liberty's Band! England next year possibly? I agree I will start saving for that now(although one graduates, I have another coming in!) And labdogs I could walk to your job in 5 mins! That little park across the street from your job is where my kids go sledding! Looks like that may be a possibility today, where the heck did this snow come from?! I agree this is a small world! So many Dis addicts in this area!

2 DS's in the band? Really? PM me with your "real" name...maybe we know each other or have at least seen each other (although admittedly, I've only gone to one band parent meeting...I feel like such a slouch! LOL) My DS is a freshman, trumpet.

Hey everyone - I am back from the "land of the lost" - ahhh, I hate to see my post saying how long it's been since my trip.

Linda, we never even took a picture together when we met. I could have gotten DS to do it, but we were so busy chatting, I didn't even think about it. I still haven't figured out to put up pix, but I enjoy looking at yours.

Please let me know if you are getting together, although I don't have little ones at home, it would be nice to talk Disney to my fellow PA addicts!!! At least my DH is an addict, too

Tara, DD and I played hookey on Wednesday and went to the Premier Outlets - that takes me an hour, so if we can meet around there, I'm game.

It was really dead here for quite a while (I just peek sometimes at work) but I will try to drop a line now and then.

So, does anyone from the Lehigh Valley area know of any great summer camps for my 5 year old? It could be a daycare or a camp, I guess, I just need to find a good option for him for this summer. He goes to preschool and extended care now and will go to kindy in the fall. Trying to figure out what to do for the summer now! Thanks!

Jessica, I teach at First Presbyterian Church Preschool in Bethlehem....our summer Extended Care program is great! They do themed weeks all summer long, like Pirate Week, Beach Week, Dinosaur Week, etc. etc. etc. I believe the hours are from 7 am-6 pm, but you can use them as much or as little as you need. They do drop in hours too, or you can contract for a certain amount each week. If you want the brochure, let me know, and I can have one mailed to you! (You work at Just Born, right? First Pres is fairly convenient then!)

The Wildlands Conservancy off of Cedar Cret Blvd. has fabulous camps! I've heard the ones at the DaVinci science center are nice too...but pricy!

It has been a while since I have been on this thread, we kinda moved over to facebook. LOL

We need to resurrect this thread and get it going again. Lots of great friends to meet on here!!! I had a crazy end of year and missed our all girls trip (better known as Linda's Birthday trip) and planned a last minute trip in Feb. Let's get this thread revived!!

CHUCHIE!!! Yes, we missed you dearly on Linda's birthday trip!

I just got back myself 2 days ago. Temps were FREEZING except for the day we left, of course. Parks were empty, and I mean EMPTY some days. We rode BTMRR back-to-back without even getting off, there was no one in line! 5 min. wait for Space Mtn, POTC, even Soarin near closing. TSM of course, was 100 min. wait at all times.

I sent my son to Curious Kids, they are in the Whitehall area. They go on field trips 4 out of 5 days + swimming every afternoon! My son went there last year and just LOVED it. He is older (10), but they do the same thing with the younger kids...price was not bad either

I ended up signing my kids up for day camp at Green Lane Park for $70 each for the week from 8:30-4:30....awesome price on a great camp!
