Hey guys!! :wave2: I've missed y'all!! :grouphug: Sorry for my absence...but, unavoidable and hopefully not anymore :thumbsup2 . Just catching up (starting on hotel board) and I have a question. I have HRH booked for early Feb. I see APH rate has popped up. What's the best way to get this rate vs. AAA and (try to) still get LF perk?? Should I call and ask to change the rate or cancel the entire res and rebook?? Oh yeah, I should also mention, the credit card I reserved this res with is now closed due to fraudulant activity, so, I will need to pay with different card anyhows...IF they EVER send us our new card/account! :badpc: So, advice??? Thanks! :wave2:

I would just call and ask to change to the better rate. We did this for our stay in Sept. We originally had the AAA rate and when I rechecked the website, they were offering some kind of "extended summer" special or something like that. I called to rebook and it was no problem.

When I rechecked my res. online, it still listed the original price so I checked in expecting to have to fight for my price since I had nothing in writing but it was all good.

Other posters have stated that their cheaper price wasn't there at checkin so I guess in the future I would ask for a new email confirming cheaper price just in case.

As for your credit card, when you check in just tell them you need to charge the balance due to a different card.

If you bought park tickets using your old credit card with the intention of using the electronic pick up kiosk, you might have to go to guest services to pick up your tickets. The website says that in order to get them electronically, you have to bring the original card you used to purchase. It doesn't state if it has to be a valid card.

Wait never mind- you have APs! :goodvibes

thanks for your reply.....I will "tend" to that Monday. We got the Bealls AP offer, so we haven't picked up our AP's yet, but I spent the extra money and had the "voucher" sent to our home...didn't opt for electronic pick-up.....thankfully!!!!!
