Hi.
My name is Tootles.
And I'm a Disneyworldaholic.
It's been 8 months since my last trip...

and it's ALL I think about now! (returning that is!) It took us over a year the last time to save up enough to drive to WDW, stay at All-Star Movies for 5 nights, on the DDP, and have enough spending money to enjoy yourselves. It was our kids, DS8 and DS5, first visit though (now they're hooked!) and my youngest turned 6 while at WDW! Now, we are saving like crazy to return in the Fall of 2010! This time though, we want to fly, stay at the Polynesian, on the DDP of course and stay for 8 nights! As you can imagine, quite a bit more expensive......I have my heart set on the Poly though now after eating at the O'hana character breakfast on our last trip. It is beautiful there! Not to mention taking the monorail is so much more pleasant than the crowded buses. We also picked the Poly because of the restaurants as we plan to eat both dinner and a breakfast at O'hana, and book for Spirit of Aloha! (not to mention the Tonga Toast I still have yet to try AND they have Dole Whips...yum!) So, for now, I'm dreaming, and planning (hey, that's half the fun right?) and pinching every penny!

Walt Disney World is so ADDICTIVE!!! :earsgirl: Who's with me???

I'm TOTALLY with you! I started planning our next trip while on the plane home from our LAST trip, lol!! Right now, it looks like October '09. I'd love to go for Christmas but hubby is a lobster fisherman and Christmas is during the Nova Scotia lobster season:sad1:

this wll be our first stay at the poly as well!
I am excited, Disney 2 years in a row!:surfweb:

I wanted a traditional "white" Christmas but I still wanted to go during the Christmas Season. We settled for the last week of November into the first week of December. It was a beautiful time to go! It was a LOT warmer than I imagined it would be, and the Christmas decorations and festivities were wonderful! We went to MVMCP and saw Candlelight Processional at Epcot. The decorations, music, characters in festive attire.....fabulous! Like I said before, it was also my youngest son's birthday, so that was a hit! Being at MK for the first time on your birthday-what could be better??? Now the kids want to go for Halloween!

BTW:Fellow Canadian who's never been to Nova Scotia myself, but I hear it's beautiful!

Have fun planning!!!
