what's a fairy cake?

Didn't we have this discussion a few threads ago??

It's a cup cake - but in England we call them fairy cakes...

And I'm sure someone already tell you that but as usual I'm behind!

I let the girls eat popcorn for breakfast some times? You mean popcorn and chocolate are not a balanced dinner?

I used to sometimes eat a bowl of grated cheese for dinner when I was a kid... hmm wonder how I came to be Lactose Intolerat

Not glue! All she probably has is super glue! Don't mention glue!!

Did I ever tell you about the fancy dress party (costume party) I went to where my friend glued a small spider to my cheek with eyelash glue?

Well several hours later when I tried to remove it - it turned out she had used false nail glue... OUCH! It took a lot of hot water, squealing and DH trying to remove it so very slowly before it came away leaving a nice red welt on my skin...

Boy am I glad I declined the offer of false eyelashes...

Looks good to me Did you get the 7 dwarfs autographs ? The Queen of Hearts & the rabbit from Alice in Wonderland is out at the Halloween party! We also seen Rabbit at CP.

Thanks! We have only ever seen Dopey, but I think we have his autograph from 3 different trips. I decided to put all the dwarves on one page and print out a couple. That way we'll be set just in case we happen upon a couple of them. I will make one up for Rabbit, too. We haven't seen him yet, and we go to CP every trip. Hopefully we'll catch him this trip (but not miss Eeyore since he is dd's favorite!).

Janet - Thanks for the Pop pictures! I think I'm gonna take the Goofy surfboard one when I get there! (That way I don't steal June's pic; but I'll still take that one just because!)

Karen - Let me know what dates you're going to MVMCP (I think it's the 19th?) I'll keep an eye out for clients at work; might be able to work something out that way. Also, if you aren't able to get rid of them by the night of the party, mention something to Guest Services when you check in. Find out if they are sold out for that night, and then nonchalantly mention that you have "two extra" due to some excuse and you never know...they might be able to help you "nonchalantly" sell them.

So....I've been booking some disney packages for next year...the Basic Package (room only) so it's easier to turn it into an actual package later...normally they go into "Would you like to put that on your Visa?" she mentioned that "So we'll here from you next week for package changes and payment?" I was like "What?!" Then she mentioned "We are almost certain that package information will be coming out next week, pending computer upgrades and uploads to the system."

I'M SO EXCITED! (PS: If anyone is going for Spring Break, it's really crowded already...we have about 12 rooms booked from our small office for the same week! )

Hey, Denise, do you want to visit the Northeast? It's beautiful in October! I have many projects that need to be done. Of course, I couldn't actually let you in my house, since it's always such a mess, so that would make it a little more difficult.

I was reading this thread while eating, yep you guessed it a reese's peanut butter cup. The good news is that I found some low carb ones so they aren't as bad as they could be I'd call you all enablers, but I was eating it before I read this

Oh...I had some pixie dust yesterday! I've been waiting to get gas for my car like forever (I hate pumping gas and it's my personal boycott of prices) and finally decided it's time. So I stopped at a gas station that said $2.89. I pull up, get out, and notice the price on the pump was only $2.85! I thought I just missed the price change! Go inside to pay and ask, the girl mentions "No, it's been the price, we are just out of 5's for our sign." So you make the sign 3 cents higher than it should be??? Why not put up a 6??? So apparently I saved a wopping 27 cents on gas!

What a great list, Beth! Mind sharing with me your final one when you're through (or upon your return)? One of the things I plan to do for our family trip in 07 is to do autograph books for each of the kiddos!

Sure, I'll type it up when I'm done. There is a site that has a lot of information WDW Autographs , but I wanted a few personal opinions.

7 pounds in 3 weeks is really good...remember, I have more to lose than you, so that initial first weight loss will be more. But NOW...the body is rebelling. 2 pounds tops..

I will shoot a copy for you...it's a big bulky sheet. In a nutshell:...everything good, is BAD!! Anything bad-each as much as you want!!!!

Maybe that's the one that I need to try...

There was a boy here in Metro Atlanta today that died at football practice. I hope Lynn's boys do ok in pads. It is too hot for these kids to be exerting that kind of energy in full gear.

Hi all. I'm still feeling rotten. I called the doctor and told her that after a week on the horse pills and no improvement, I wanted a Z-pack. She ordered one, so hopefully I will start to feel better in a couple of days. I'm seriously considering using another of my puny sick days tomorrow. I literally feel like I'm dragging myself around by the collar. I slept for a couple of hours after I got home (sent Melanie to pick up the prescription). Don't have much of an appetite. What do you all think of Kozy Shack rice pudding for dinner, followed by vanilla ice cream for a snack? That's what seems to appeal to me.

I sure hope that you feel better soon!
