HI Family Suites / Nickelodeon Suites

Does anyone know the square foot of a standard family suite? The suite that has a livingroom, separate bedroom for the parents and another bedroom with bunks/slideout bed for the kids?

I am trying to compare the size of that suite to the ASMU Family suites.

Hi - I am bumping this because I am really, really trying to decide whether to stay in one place or another and will be able to determine room size based upon the answer to my question....

Anyone know square footage please?

We just stayed in one in November. If you have any questions, just ask!

There is a special for $129 a night posted on travelzoo.com right now as well. Not sure when you are traveling but you can find specials quite frequently, making it much cheaper than Disney's family suite. Not sure if that matters.

Just a P.S. The kid's room is very small but the pools and slides were like being at a water park and entertained our kids for hours. The pool side shows and evening family shows were also a lot of fun.

Not sure of your kid's ages but we saw all ages from ity-bity to teens. Our kids are now 5, 8, and 10 (just had b-days) and we went Nov. of last year. They are asking to go back--over staying on Disney property! (Which breaks my heart!!!! )

Thanks - we did stay there in 2003. Dont laugh but I wasnt asking to see if we would go back....I wanted to judge the size of the All Star Music Family Suites to the size of Nickelodeon Suites..

Okay we are in one right now, but I can not find the footage listed! BUT my kids are 6.5 and 5 and 16 months. The kids whined all day at Disney that they wanted to be back here at the hotel!! We spent like 3 lazy days at the pool and stuff. Even the baby had a blast at the pool you can walk in like an ocean. I agree it is just like being at one of the other water parks.

I am positive that the family suite at the All Star Music is 520 sq ft. I just booked it earlier today and was considering two rooms so I specifically asked the room sizes of each. Funny, two rooms equal 520 sq ft, too. Hope this helps.

Silly - two separate rooms = one family suite....thats why they are the same sq ft lol.

Thanks - looks like the family suites are a little larger than the Nick 2 bedrooms. I remember Nick being on the small side for the kids room and once we opened the sofabed you could not even move in that room .... but I liked the space and the private room for hubby and me.
