Sorry, forgot ALL about this Thread!

Anyway, I weighed on Monday around 3:00pm and it looked like I gained 2 Pounds MORE!

However, I stuck it out and weighed today........I LOST 4 POUNDS!!!!

The T Factor diet is a LOW FAT diet--you maintain between 25-35 fat grams a day! However, some of the items are HIGH in Calories, like a Bagel is 1.5 fat grams, but the caloric content is 290!!!

So, I have modified my diet and I am on a 900 claorie a day diet, and drink LOTS more water--I think this is WHY I lost the 4 pounds!

I have been on this diet before, and lost about 22 pounds, so I am sticking with it!
