I've got quite small (CM 7x7) albums (yeah, special offer :roll eyes: ) so I'll only have one photo, or at the most two, per spread. I'm also taking photos if the boys help me (eg with fairy cakes) so they can feature as well!MazdaUK said:its quite hard finding embellishments over here with a cooking theme,

But I know it costs a bunch to post them and even more to cash a cheque (wonder where all my dollars went
). If you find stuff in your stash that you can't use and can fit in an ordinary envelope they would be gratefully received, but my swap stuff cost $10 to post and I only had one resort in there so I'll just have to keep an eye out here. there are more stores opening up slowly, so by the time I get round to actually starting I should be OK

mousebit said:My biggest problem now is the actual album to put them in. I really want to use a 3 ring binder and make 8.5x11 pages, placed in page protecters to keep the splatters off. Has anybody ever altered a notebook or album? Most of them are slick vinyl so not sure if any adhesive or tape would work and I've never tried ModPodge so don't know about it either. Anything else? Don't want to make pretty recipe pages and then stick them in a plain ole school binder!

I like the albums to look at.
) So I will use your suggestion and scan some of those recipes and use them as embellishments so we keep the history and the handwriting. mousebit said:In fact, I don't think they are aware that there is more to the chicken than the boneless, skinless breast!![]()
