HI Anaheim "Resort Area"/Staybridge ?

I know these two hotels are fairly new and next door to each other. Staybridge is part of the HI chain. Do they share the same pool? When I looked up both hotel's pics, the pool looks identical (it's a mickey head shape).

Also, anyone ever stay in a kidsuite at this particular HI? We have stayed in HI kidsuites one a trip to WDW so I know what the general feel is.
