Is Stay and Scream still being offered for HHN? I did not find it on the Universal website as a ticket option. If not, what are they offering as a replacement?

Yes...it's still available as always. You have to purchase your park tickets and then add on the HHN ticket to get the discount.

The flex tickets are new this year for hhn

If you want single night pass it seems to be a decent price
