Yes. Last year, the side street with the Blues Brothers stage was the Stay and Scream holding area. Stay and Scream guests had access to Finnegan's.

It's usually during the third week of October but that depends on the school calendar.

Am I to assume that one of the "holding areas" is near Finnegan's? Can we hang out there until they release us?

Yes...the holding area on Delancey Street has access to Finnegan's. We'll probably have a mini-meet most nights so stayed tuned.
