HHN........look !

Thanks, macraven.

Where is Guest Service, is it outside the gates since they say I need to have proof of my unused ticket?

there are guest service window located outside of the parks.
guest service is also located inside the park.

yes, show them the ticket for the park and be sure to specify the date you want to buy the add on for hhn.

when you are in the park, you can go to guest services to buy the stay and scream. you can do it the day you are there. buy them before near the end of the day to avoid a long line to stand in. a lot of people wait until the last minute to do the hhn add on ticket.

don't leave the park when it is closing at 5, but go to the holding area called stay & scream.

inside the park, guest services is to the right of the entrance gate you come in through.

if you are at beverly hills boulangerie, go around the building and thru the first opening area. the rest rooms are on your left, so is lost and found.
gs would be straight ahead.

i'm not the best on directions. i have to use landmarks.
gps does not work on message boards very well.......

This will be my very first HHN!!! Since we are moving to the area, I plan to go often!! I can't wait to see what the theme is this year. popcorn::

When you move here..make sure you purchase the Frequent Fear pass for HHN...it's much cheaper than a single ticket since you can go as much as you want...like I do. ;)

Oh we plan too, I've already looked up the Florida Resident passes too, $99 until December, that will be our first purchase in Florida. :thumbsup2

Excellent...you will have to join us the HHN this year. More about that later. ;)

Hello all.

Long time lurker, first time poster. We will be making our first trip to HHN in early October. We are buying the two park unlimited passes and from what I understand we can buy the stay and scream reduced price passes for the nights we want to do HHN. My question is if we do s&s on Thursday October 8will we have time to do all the haunted attractions and shows? If not, would an express make it possible or should we just plan for two nights? Thanks in advance for all your help.

welcome homie !!

i smell a hhn meet. i'll be there that night also...

go to guest services and show them your day ticket.
that will allow you to buy the discounted stay and scream ticket which is your HHN ticket for that night.

do not leave the park when they are closing it up.
go directly to the holding area/ s & s, and wait there for the all clear from security.

you can released from there anytime between 5:45 to 6:00.
in the past, they have had 3 houses ready for the early crowd coming from the holding area.

you do those houses first and then move on.
when the park opens at 6:30, you will be ahead of the crowd.

i always buy the ep's for the nights i attend hhn.

i don't use my ep unless the line is a 20 minute wait.

each night i go, i do the houses two times each.
i like to take in the A team and the B team.

if you start at the S & S area, you have a very good chance of catching all the houses, scare zones and Bill and Ted's show.

I have not seen the thursday nights at the beginning of hhn to be overly crowded. of course, that could always change but i have been successful in doing everything on thursdays. that includes repeat houses.

the ep also includes some of the rides.
i concentrate on the houses, zones and one show.
i do the rides during the day.
you can get a different reaction from the houses based on the teams performing at the time.

Welcome!!

Yes you can buy the stay and scream passes at Guest Services.

If you only have one night to enjoy HHN, I would suggest buying the express passes. By utilizing the stay and scream, you can get a few houses done without using your express passes before they open the gates (usually the sound stage houses - just follow the crowd) and can get one or two of the other houses done with a minimal wait and no EP. Once the wait times start getting up there you can use your express pass to see the houses you missed and redo the ones you saw earlier in the evening.

I am so excited. This will be my first HHN, and I have been waiting for the website for months.

We are going to be at US from 10/24 through 10/31. We were only planning on doing one night, 10/28, but we might go more if the Frequent Fear price is that low. Now if I can only convince DH to do this. He has never been to a haunted house, and gets irritated if people get in his face. He is not a joiner, and appreciates his personal space.

I am so excited!!!!

if the hubby says no way, do what i do.

go alone.

that is what i did for quite a few years until i hooked up with others on the boards.

i did the chainsaw wolf meets and would go with them.
that was before i met the homies around here.

we just moved here , and love every inch of Florida , (cept the swamps).
We're going to buy the Florida Resident passes too but I think we are going for the more expensive ones that give you one HHN included
with the pass.

I won't have to go by myself, as my buddy and his wife are going on vacation with us. They are really into HHN, and are excited about their first time as well. I just like to have DH around. I want to make sure I have someone to hang onto. It is more fun that way. I would hang onto my buddy, who I grew up with and is like a brother to me, but his wife would probably disapprove. I guess I'll just hang onto her, but she I just don't know. Not all girlfriends are willing to hold hands.

Also, I just can't wait to get ahold of a few of those "blood bags." I plan on being one of those falling down drunk people. I hear that is part of the whole experience.

Once you do HHN you will go back every year.Yes its that addictive!!

Hey, mac, or anyone else that knows. If you get the FFP, does that automatically get you Stay and Scream, or do you still have to join it with your park ticket. Just curious, since I'll have to wait to buy any Stay n Scream tickets till I get there since all I have is the SuperBowl ticket.

Yes, you will be able to do the Stay and Scream with the FFP if you are already in the park prior to normal closing with a day pass.

You won't just go back every year...you'll go back every night if you can! I lost count of how many nights DH and I went last year with our Frequent Fears.

Thats true.We went 4times last year.Every weekend my DW had off of work!!:thumbsup2

andy, patster is correct.

that's a good thing isn't it!!

i'll be at hhn for 4 nights, 2 peak and 2 non peak.

i'll be buying the FFP even though i will use it only twice.
since each night is a set price, i will still come out ahead financially.

::yes:: We also go at least 4 times while we're down :thumbsup2 ... I can't imagine how many times we'd go if we actually lived in Florida
