HHN find homies with your dates

I'm looking forward to experiencing HHN just in the Studios this year. It was in both parks when I was there before (Which was great as it helped with the crowds and you got to walk through that amazing cornfield!) but with the studios being older and having a more traditional look I reckon it'll be scarier than I experienced before!

hey homie, it will be at the studio side this year.
it has been announced there will be 8 houses over there.

hey lynne, i have gone when it was in only ioa, both parks and just the studios.

i did like it when it was in both parks as it seemed to help with the crowd control when i went.

hhn started in the studios and has returned as of last year to just the studios again.

Didn't you find it too spread out in '04??

Personally I prefer the entrance to IOA better for HHN and both parks have great areas for scarezones. However, the reason I prefer the studios is that it involves much less walking to get from one place to another. Just my .02

you have a very valid point on the excessive walking.

what i liked about it in 2004 was it being spread out and the ability to walk for 10 minutes before i had to get in lines.
i feel much better when i am moving than just standing still.

i am looking forward to this years just at the studios. lots of space, lots of areas that can be scarezones and closer to hrh......:rotfl:

if the studios will be the permenant place for hhn for the future, i would not have a problem with that. it would be enjoyable there

I hope its REALLY scarey. it hasn't been really good and scarey since the year 2000.

just trying to keep this thread on the first page where others can find it.
hope you don't mind.

I just signed the guest book and even posted a photo.
Planning on going Sept 28 and maybe Sept 29 if we don't see everything.
My sister is coming from PA and I'll be flying in from Colorado.

We'd love meeting up with homies on the 28th...getting the Express Pass and headed there @ 5:30 (and hoping that's the LAST line we have to stand in)

Newbies both of us...and my sis is getting kinda freaked, I think. (I shouldn't have emailed her the Vault site)

i'll put you on page 1 with your dates.

btw, you need to be in the park before 5:00 and go to the stay and scream holding area.

hhn will be in the studio side this year. there will be 2 different S & S areas you can chose from.

the park closes at 5 and all must leave the park unless you have the hhn ticket. to stay in the park, you must go to one of the holding areas.

if you don't, and you leave the park, you will be standing in a very long line until the gates open for general admission at 6:30.
and, you will have to pass throught the metal detectors.

people are let out of the S & S area once security gives the all clear in the park. at that point those in the holding area will be able to get a head start on the hhn event. there ususally are 3 houses open early just for that purpose.

if you can do a house with only a short wait, save your expess pass to when it starts to get crowded.

you can see on page 1 who else is going when you are.
you can send them a pm to try to hook up with others here.
