I waited to purchase my express passes for HHN for Sun 10/26, and now they say they're sold out. Does anyone know if they offer them at the park or resorts the day of? I feel like a fool because it's the overall consensus that it's absolutely neccesary to have them in order to do everything in one night.

Might want to ask about an "after 11" express pass. They were sold out yesterday, as well, but the attendant mentioned the new (?) after 11 pass for $30. (Think it's new, I'd never heard of it before).

Also, despite being crowded last night, g/f and I did 6 houses and 2 shows, could have fit in the final two houses if we'd felt like waited in line. Do stay and scream and have a gameplan in mind--you should be alright, even without express.

The nights I've gone, there has been an after 10pm EP for $25.00 and single EP's per attraction for $5.00. The after 10pm passes are usually sold with a lanyard attached in the S & S area.

WOW! I guess I *REALLY* wanted to know the answer! lol....

If EP's are sold out~~expect it to be very crowded!!!!!!!

We were going too go on the 26th-with no EP's forget that!!

We had the same experience on Oct. 12th and 16th. No Express Passes and we did 6 houses each night before 7:30pm. We did 3 shows Sunday night and 2 shows Thursday night. The only reason we didn't do all 3 shows is because we didn't want to see the brian bushwood show again, once was enough. We did all of the scare zones each night, as many times as we felt like going through. IMHO making it to Stay and Scream negates any need for the Express pass, don't let them scare you into skipping HHN just because you didn't spend an extra $140

Probably not...I've only gone on off peak nights.

Ok, thank you for the quick reply.

We have already bought Express passes for wed and sat nights. We usually buy 2 express passes on the weekends, but not at $70 a pop, lol. The after 10 would have been perfect for an extra pass.

Just thought I would mention that I was messing around on E-bay tonight and I saw 2 express passes for 10/26 and they were going for $310. This was not the asking price it was the price that had been bid as it had 16 bids. Looks like a crowded night and it also looks like people like HHN a whole lot more than I do. I went the last 5 years from Washington state but the last 2 years have been so incredibly crowded and expensive that we skipped it this year to go to Cedar Point. If those bids are any indication of how crowded it will be I think we made the right choice.

On peak nights, it's about $30/person for after 11pm express.

Those sell out almost as fast as regular express.

Thanks for all the replies. I ended up calling up USO and we're all set. They allot some extra express passes specifically for guests staying on universal property. Thankfully we are at RPR anmd won't have a problem at all!

you stole my thunder.
if anyone stays at one of the onsite hotels, and if epp are sold out or the hhn tickets, the concierge in the lobby can sell the "sold out" epp and hhn tix to you.

this goes only for the registered guests.

also, when ever you hear of the tickets being sold out, check at a later time.
sometimes more are released on different dates to buy at gs.
