Hooray! The service is cookin' in villa 1813!
Got a msg from the front desk this morning that the installation crew would need 10 min access to our villa today as work continues on the installation throughout the resort. When we returned after lunch I went to power up with the AC power rather than battery I noticed that something new had been plugged in to the receptacle I normally use...hmmmm...found another plug, powered on and went to trace the new cord in the old plug. It is the router - I guess - a reasonably sized black box that looks quite technical.
Anyway, connectivity is now quick, the network address is obtained promptly and there is no getting bumped off/disconnected! This is Wi-Fi the way it outta be! Thanx DVC, HHI and Hargray!
