HHI Info/Website

Does anyone know if there is any information or (even better) a website about Hilton Head?

Also, can only DVC members use it?

My husband wants to go to the Outer Banks this year, but I'm hoping to talk him into HHI, but we'd have to pay cash because we're using our points in December.

I really don't know anything about it so any info would be much appreciated.

I think you would go through CRO - ask MS who you rent the rooms from.
