HHI activity ?

I was looking at the DVC site, and I see that the activities for HH list a fishing excursion, but only during summer months. If this is so, are there any places close to the resort where my family can charter a fishing excursion for next week? Or is it only in season? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Also, are there motor scooter rentals anywhere on the island? How old does one have to be to rent/ride? Is a 17 year old with a full license able to ride? TIA
